Local Government and Municipal Finance
We provide counsel to several urban renewal agencies throughout Idaho. Our experience includes direct working knowledge on the statutory structure of urban renewal agencies, advising those agencies on compliance with the various laws which apply to public bodies, representing those agencies in court matters, and assisting those agencies in public finance offerings. We have also served as special counsel to several cities throughout the state of Idaho on judicial confirmation actions and other municipal disputes. The firm has served as issuer's counsel on numerous public offerings for several different public bodies.
