Mr. Walters joined the firm in August 2003. He practices primarily in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law and construction law. Prior to joining Elam & Burke, Mr. Walters served a one-year clerkship for The Honorable Ronald J. Wilper, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District of Idaho.
Mr. Walters was raised in Glendive, Montana. He and his wife, Angelyne, have three daughters, Josephine, Maura and Sydney. |
