Mr. Pirtle joined Elam & Burke in August 2005. His practice emphasizes civil litigation, with a focus on commercial and business litigation, and insurance defense. He also has significant experience in business entity formations and transactions. In addition, Mr. Pirtle performs pro bono representation of court appointed guardians ad litem for abused and neglected children through the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Pirtle served as a law clerk for the Honorable John C. Hohnhorst,
District Judge, Fifth Judicial District of
Idaho.
