Mr. Parks received his undergraduate degree in English from Providence College and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in May 2006, where he served as an associate editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. After graduation from law school, Mr. Parks clerked for the Honorable Ronald J. Wilper, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District. Mr. Parks is an active member of the Idaho State Bar and has served as a co-chair of the Fourth District’s Citizens’ Law Academy. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the state of Idaho and all Idaho state courts.
Mr. Parks’ practice emphasizes representation of governmental entities and civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and banking litigation.
Mr. Parks was raised on Long Island, New York. Mr. Parks and his wife Kimberly have a son, Christopher, and daughter, Jessica. |
