Ms. Molitor joined the firm as an associate in
September 2006. Ms. Molitor's practice
is focused on governmental affairs and
public policy. As a full time
participant in the Idaho political process,
she has acquired considerable experience in
drafting and lobbying legislation,
administrative rulemaking, and legislative
advocacy.
For three years prior to joining the
firm, Ms. Molitor was with the Idaho
Association of Commerce & Industry (IACI) as
Vice President of Human Resources. There,
she represented the business community at
the Idaho Legislature and at state agencies
and departments on issues ranging from
unemployment insurance, employer liability,
health care, workers' compensation, and
education reform.
Ms. Molitor was born in Boise, Idaho.
After law school, Ms. Molitor returned to
Idaho and served as a law clerk for the
Honorable Thomas Neville, District Judge,
Fourth Judicial District of Idaho.
