Mr. Armbruster joined the firm in 1979. After graduation from law school, he worked for three years in the office of the Boise City Attorney and acted as Deputy City Attorney. Mr. Armbruster has represented sureties and employers before the State of Idaho Industrial Commission.
Mr. Armbruster's major practice areas involve municipal law, redevelopment work on behalf of urban renewal agencies, and municipal financing. He is responsible for supervising the provision of legal services to the Capital City Development Corporation, the Idaho Falls Urban Renewal Agency, the Jerome Urban Renewal Agency, the Meridian Development Corporation, and the Garden City Urban Renewal Agency. He has been instrumental in the implementation of Idaho's Urban Renewal Law and Economic Development Act.
Mr. Armbruster was born on the south side of Chicago in 1951 and was raised in a south Chicago suburb
(thus, a White Sox fan). He serves as chairman of the Boise State University Bronco Athletic Association Foundation Committee. He is active in the soccer community as a certified soccer referee. Mr. Armbruster is married and has two
adult sons. |
